Service was horrible.. Employees yelling at each other and management standing around doing nothing.
Very, very bad service. Waited in the drive thru almost 45min before I got my order taken and another 25 to get it. This place needs a major management change or something. It's really bad when you have costumers driving away after they order because of there waite is so long.
So slow... need better traoned people. Took 15 minutes to get just a coke. Only 2 cars in front of me. Not busy at all...
This was the FILTHIEST McDonald's I've ever been at! The bathroom, and the food prep areas were DISCUSTING!! It looked like they hadn't swept for a week. On top of all that, I would've fired the LAZY male employee who went to toss a crumbled up bag in the trash, and when he missed, just left it on the floor. DEFINITELY NEEDED SHUT DOWN! If this site would allow me to give it zero stars, I would.
I'm at the Avilla McDonalds after taking care of my father all day and pulling up to the drive through.... No how are you, hello.... Just a monotone voice asking what's my order... Then proceed to pay, say monotone voice barely hearing her tell me the total.... Pull up to the window where my daughter's juice box is hanging out the window from a ladies arm.... Not the kind of customer service I was expecting....
