Rude Agent Stiver made a copy of the bottom of a signed document and claimed he sent us pictures and "had a review" in 2004, for a Disclaimer sent for exclusion of roof and siding and raised the premium. Roof repaired but no pictures of that sent! Made disparaging comments about my occupation as an MT (requires sitting long periods) while I view his backside flowing off both sides of the chair.
Agents were not helpful at all. Very rude.
